Cornerback Fakhir Brown Gives Back With 2434 Foundation

One of your  favorite NFL Cornerbacks  is giving back!  Fakhir Brown is launching  The 2434 Foundation to enhance the lives of those in need.  Brown has excelled with the New Orleans Saints, San Diego Chargers and St. Louis Rams.  He has been fortunate enough to have a great career as a professional football player. Now Brown is focusing on impacting the community.  He is inspired by the challenges he has faced in his life and is utilizing those challenges to push his foundation. “Like most people I’ve made mistakes both as a child and an adult.  I had to do a lot of internal soul searching in the last few years.  I’m trying to develop into becoming a better person,” he explains.  A few years ago Brown became somewhat of a mentor to young boys who have dreams to succeed.  Brown created football camps for the youth in Louisiana. His camps provided mentoring, coaching and life development training for the young men.   His motto is “A special touch for a specific task.”  “I want everything I do to be touched by the hands of God and be done through the will of God. I want to bless other people in the way that I’ve been blessed. My foundation seeks to enhance lives. We’ll also tackle child poverty and seek to help the lives of those in need,” he mentioned.  At heart,  Brown is just a laid-back Southern gentleman from the small confines of Mansfield, Louisiana   He didn’t grow up with much but a big dream that he was destined to fulfill. His own life of hardship motivates him to help children and families.  He is most known for his big heart.  His favorite saying is “be kind to everyone-you never know what they may be going through.”   Brown has teamed  up with Athletes and Entertainers Circle of Influence to support the organization that bring awareness to charities throughout the country.  On November 11th, 2011 Fakhir Brown and St. Louis Rams Star, Jason Brown will both be participating in the Celebrity Karaoke Charity event organized by Circle of Influence and Entertainers.  The fundraiser will be held at the Rams Club in the TWA dome. By fulfilling his own destiny, Fakhir Brown is now able to  help cultivate the  field of dreams of those whose light may not always shine the brightest.
